Raised as a 6th generation local in Victoria, B.C., Alicia offers her clients a multitude of skills and expertise that delivers both results and guidance through the process of buying and selling homes. Alicia earned her BA in Art History from the University of Victoria. Soon after graduation she moved to join her husband Ryan in his hometown of Lantzville, B.C. Ryan is also a long term Nanaimo resident as he continues to expand and grow his 3rd generation family business, the Wenner Group. Together, they have developed a love for restoring homes, a love that has been instrumental in Alicia realizing that a career in Real Estate was the perfect blend of all things she was passionate about.
Alicia takes great pride in Vancouver Island’s exquisite natural surroundings. Whether it is hiking the endless trails with her children William and Siena and their dog Charlie, exploring the surrounding water & islands by boat, or skiing the Island mountains; these are all outdoor activities that Alicia loves to do and connects her to her community.
